Payment and Shipping
When will you take payment from my order?
- If you used your credit card, payment will be authorised when you submit your order. We won’t take the funds from your card until we’re about to prepare your order for shipment, which is normally within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If you paid using iDEAL or Sofortüberweisung, the funds for your payment will be taken when you place your order. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason after your payment has been taken, we will refund you automatically.
